Am I Eligible To Apply?

We accept applications from authors, publishers, book publicists, literary agents and other members of the literary community.

You can enter as many books as you would like as long as they follow the following rules:

  • Language. We only accept books that are written in English.
  • Publication Date. We only accept books that were published 2010 or later.
  • eBooks. We only accept eBooks. They must be submitted as a .pdf, .epub or .mobi file.
  • Publishing Type. We accept applications from all authors & publishing professionals, both independent and traditional.

How Are Books Chosen As Winners?

Your book will be selected as a winner if it scores favorably on our scoring system.

We evaluate fiction books based on the following criteria:

  1. Overall Story
  2. Character Development
  3. Originality and Creativity
  4. Commercial Appeal

We evaluate non-fiction books based on the following criteria:

  1. Overall Structure
  2. Writing Style and Tone
  3. Originality and Creativity
  4. Commercial Appeal

If I Win, What Do I Receive?

If you are selected as a winner, you will receive the following:

  • The ability to qualify for our grand prize of $5,000 cash to use for your book marketing
  • Reviewer feedback sent to you after award results are tabulated.
  • A specialized and unique book awards listing on our website
  • Your book award announcement included in our email newsletter.
  • The ability to use your “Award-winning Author” status in your author bio on your website, online profiles, social media accounts, etc.
  • A high quality digital award badge for display on your website.
  • Award seal stickers and memorabilia for your books available for purchase.

How Is The Winner of the Cash Prize Selected?

All entrants of the Elite Choice Awards are eligible to win the $5,000 cash prize. The cash prize winner is selected by random draw once per year.

Entries for the grand prize will be collected from January 1st – December 31st each year. The winner of the cash prize will be selected and announced on January 1st of the following year.

What Is The Final Deadline To Enter?

Our awards competition honors books all-year-round so there is no final deadline. You are welcome to submit your book at any time throughout the year.

Instead of competing against other books in your genre, your book is reviewed based on our scoring system which evaluates books based on a particular criteria.

Since there is a rolling award deadline, you will hear back from us within 16 weeks from when we receive your book.

When are the Elite Choice Awards Announced?

How Much Does It Cost To Enter?

The fee to enter the Elite Choice Awards (in USD) is as follows: 1 book in 1 category is $99.00, 1 book in 2 categories is $178.00, 1 book in 3 categories is $257.00, 1 book in 4 categories is $336.00, 1 book in 5 categories is $415.00, 1 book in 6 categories is $494.00, 1 book in 7 categories is $573.00, 1 book in 8 categories is $652.00.

From time to time we may provide discounts. Please note that discounts cannot be combined.
